On the importance of physical and mechanical properties of PLGA films during drug release

Physical and mechanical properties of the drug-incorporated polymer play a significant role in release behavior from drug carriers. Understanding relative extent variation physical makes it possible to improve design carriers obtain better profile increase stability. Drug delivery PLGA loaded with various percentages diclofenac sodium (DS: 0, 5%, 10%) at different flow rates 0 7.5 ml/s (flow rate healthy internal carotid artery) phosphate buffered saline (PBS) for intervals has been studied.
